Grilled Turkey

 

Ingredients

1 whole turkey

1 cup water

½ sherry

½ soy sauce

2 cloves garlic

½ cup honey

 

Directions

Mix ingredients together for basting.  Put turkey on grill in large pan (or on aluminum foil). Cook turkey one hour per 3 pounds.  Keep temperature between 250 degree and 300 degrees.  Baste turkey while cooking, mixing ingredients each time used.  (The honey generally settles to the bottom).
