Apricot-Mustard Pork Chops
Ingredients
1/3 cup apricot spreadable fruit or peach preserves
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp ginger or ground cinnamon
4 pork loin chops, cut 1 ¼ inches thick
Directions
For glaze, combine spreadable fruit, mustard, and ginger, set aside. Trim fat from chops. If desired, season meat with salt and black pepper. Grill over indirect medium hot coals with covered lid for 35-40 min or until done, turning halfway through grilling and brushing frequently with the glaze during the last 10 minutes of grilling.
