Whole Fried Pork Loins


Ingredients

3-4 pound pork loin
1 jar (12 ounce) Southern Secrets Buttery Creole® Marinade
Southern Secrets Sizzlin Steak and Poultry® Seasoning, to taste
Oil for frying


Directions

Heat oil to 400º F in electric or 350º F in propane fryer. Inject pork loin using 3 ounces per pound of meat. Rub Southern Secrets Sizzlin Steak and Poultry Seasoning on the outside of the pork loin. Lower pork loin into hot oil and fry for 9 minutes per pound, maintaining the temperature at 325º-340º F. Remove and place in pan to drain excess oil.

Serves 12-15.
