Cajun Hot Wings
Oil for deep frying
3 pounds chicken wings
1 (12-ounce) jar Southern Secrets Buttery Creole® Marinade
1/2 cup butter
10 tablespoons your favorite Hot Sauce
Preheat oil to 400º F in electric fryer or 350º F in propane fryer. Wash wings, split at
each joint, and discard tips. Inject each wing with about 1 ounce of marinade.* Deep
fry for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Drain well. Melt butter and combine with hot
sauce. Dip wings in hot sauce.
Serves 8-10 as an appetizer.
