I've had my smoker for just over a year and have tried it with venison, salmon, walleye, northern pike, chicken, turkey and ribs and I find it very easy to use for any of these. I really love the remote control; I can sit in my house and monitor the smoker, and make any adjustments on the fly. Who else can offer such a great way of cooking my favorite meats?
