The Butterball Indoor Electric Turkey Fryer did everything that it was advertised to do. I fried two turkeys this Thanksgiving Day and they turned out great! I used a meat thermometer to make sure that the turkey finished at 165 degrees, and it did in approximately 4 minutes per pound.
You do have to plug it into an outlet (as the instructions say, do not use an extension cord) but it is well worth not having to deal with buying and re-supplying propane bottles.
