Use Manual leaves alot to be desired. It could use more instruction for in use tips, could use more basic recipes,not all of the capacities for liquids,charcoal are accurate,etc. over all, just needs more details for first time users.I have never used/owned a cabinet type smoker and I'm sure a lot of other buyers are first timers.Plus can't find the cook book at any of the listed retailers.Just got smoker ,haven't used but onceand have questions tnat the manual is not clear on. It list charcoal amounts but never says what to do with it. I used chips only and really didn't get a heavy smoke flavor on my ribs I was looking for, don't know if charcoal is required are not, doesn't say ,it just lists an amount but manual never says to use it.
