I love it! Just received my fryer and decided to do a "dry run" with chickens1st. My husband is yelling "whoo whoo whoo" throughout the house and a neighbor pushed through the door to say someone is cooking something good. The taste of the chicken is phenomenal and I cannot wait tip Thanksgiving! Now my only gripe is a shortage of the Creole seasonings not in the stores yet and I've just discovered there is an XL series! No no unfair! I did go on Amazon and found the dadgum cookbooks whivk Ive ordered. Thank you so much for adding to my wife of the year status!!!
